All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. This means if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or have changed you mind get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to help
All of our compatible and remanufactured cartridges come with a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event we can't help fix the problem, we will either replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund including any additional postage charges you might have paid.
Printer cartridges contain a microchip that records the number of pages printed and the volume of spent ink. Returned items that are found to have been used, sabotaged, or products not exhibiting the described fault will not be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. If you are experiencing a problem with print quality, please refer to your printer manual and follow the instructions for its cleaning procedures before contacting us.
Wrong Item Purchased / Change of Mind
If you have purchased an incorrect product or have changed your mind, please let us know within 30 days. Providing the item is unopened and in a resalable condition we will offer an exchange for the correct item or full refund. In this case we will not be able to refund any additional postage you may have paid.
Sending Items Back
We will not accept any items sent back to us without a valid Returns Number. In the event that an item needs to be sent back to us please get in contact with our customer service team and they will happily guide you through the process.
We may take up to fourteen days to issue an exchange, credit or refund; the fourteen days will start from the day the items are received by our warehouse. We reserve the right in any case to issue a refund by cheque.
